The Isomac Zaffiro Due is the baby of the Isomac range, the commercial components and additional features make this a versatile entry level coffee machine. This is the perfect coffee machine for those who want to play the part of a professional barista at home or at work. The E61 grouphead combined with a large 800 ml boiler ensures temperature stability, which means that you get a real espresso just like a large commercial machine. Additionally, The Zaffiro features an adjustable thermostat, allowing you to dial in the optimum temperature for the perfect espresso. The large 3 litre water tank also gives you the ability to produce a number of shots consecutively, making it great for entertaining.

• 0.8 Litre Boiler Good sized boiler to help maintain temperature stability of the grouphead.
• Water/Steam double tap This allows the barista to use the steam arm to either draw steam for milk frothing, or water for long blacks or pre-heating porcelin cups.
• Electronic water level control Low water level in the reservoir is indicated and of course the pump is still disabled should the water level become critical.
• Large tray The Isomac Zaffiro Due, although small in footprint offers a large drip tray, which makes for practical user operation, esprecially when purging the group head before and after each shot.

•   Are your machines pre-tested? Yes, our machines are bench-tested by the Australian Importer. This is done to test issues haven't occured on transport from Europe. On high end and technically more complicated machines we bench test and calibrate the machines ourselves to your desired specifications. We can discuss this with you on purchase.
•   What is the warranty on machines? All new machines sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
