The 'New Silvia' is the 2020 model from Rancilio. The brew group cover is now black and is less susceptible to wear on its predecessor. In addition, the buttons of the New Silvia have changed slightly in design and you now also receive a black 58mm tamper with the machine. The steam pipe is now also made of full stainless steel, which reduces wear and rust on the steam tap and pipe.

Technical improvement

From version 4, the Silvia has a new heating element which is attached with screw thread and a single gasket, which makes the machine a lot friendlier in maintenance. In addition, we only sell the E version, this machine has an auto-eco mode that ensures that the machine switches itself off automatically after 30 minutes. The Rancilio New Silvia also has an insulated boiler that better retains its heat, this ensures less heat loss and ensures that coffee tastes just a little fuller.

Rancilio Rocky Doserless

The Rancilio Rocky has been one of the top home espresso grinders for years, especially considering its value for money. This doserless model gives you a fantastic grinder with a chute in place of the doser, reducing the amount of wasted coffee as well as the amount of stale coffee often left behind in dosers. Grind only what you need directly into your portafilter.
