Features

Steam Wand Tip Wrenches: 8mm, 12mm, 13mm Fits nearly all wand tips. Select appropriate size wrench and install or remove tip as required. Note: Do not over-tighten tip when reinstalling! Use to remove 8mm group bolt as well
Portafilter Basket Pry/Flat Head Screwdriver: Simply insert pry under basket lip and turn like a key to to pop the basket out of handle. Use as screwdriver to disassemble group.
Steam Wand Scraper: (External) Keep steam wands wiped and clean and you'll never need this feature. For neglected wands, soften residue in hot water, then use the tapered edge to gently remove burnt on milk.
Thermometer Calibration Adjustment Tool: No need to know where that tiny little plastic calibration tool went when you have Caffeine Wrench handy.
Bottle Opener: (Standard Size) Insert edge of bottle top into slot and gently pull up on handle to remove bottle top.
Rubber Coated Handle: Angled rubber coated handle makes it easy to hold, easy to pick up out of a drawer and easy to reach 8mm group bolts.

We use Australia Post eParcel as well as various Couriers to dispatch all orders both within Australia and Internationally. If you are in Sydney you will also be able to select from same day 3 hour couriers, or click and collect from our warehouse in Pagewood just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Shipping cost will depend on the size of your order and location, however you can check costs both directly on the product page or at checkout prior to entering any details.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be despatched on the same working day, and both Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8am to 6pm. On most items during checkout you will be able to select between standard and express delivery, however quoted delivery timeframes are indicative only.

Warranty

All our stock is 'Australian Delivered' as such covered by Australian Warranty which in most cases is manufacturer backed. The warranty does not apply to international orders being sent outside Australia, as such any warranty claim would need to be returned back to Australia for assessment.

Returns are generally allowed within 14 days of purchase for most spare parts, accessories and brew gear, however some exclusions apply.
