Super Fast Same day dispatch for orders before 2pm aest

We all want everything yesterday! And we get that, so super-fast same working day dispatch of all orders placed before 2pm AEST has been our goal from day one. All orders are sent fully tracked using Australia Post eParcel and various other couriers depending on location.

Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8am to 6pm. On most items during checkout you will be able to select between standard and express delivery, however, quoted delivery timeframes are indicative only. Once your order is despatched, an email and/or text message with a link to track your order.

If you are in Sydney you will also be able to select from same-day 3-hour couriers or click and collect from our warehouse in Pagewood just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD. (Well due to COVID this option is temporarily on hold, but it usually is an option!)

And we are now shipping to over 70 countries Worldwide too! (Also due to COVID this option is temporarily tricky with fewer flights out of Australia)

A little bit more on what to expect when you receive your package. Our earth is a precious place, which I would love to see in a beautiful state for future mini-me's. So, we are trying to minimize both plastics used in packaging and paper. We have replaced plastic bubble wrap with an ethically sourced paper equivalent, and in most cases use recycled cardboard cartons rather than plastic satchels to send orders. From a marketing perspective, we would like to see all orders go out in our branded boxes, however, we first re-use boxes from items sent to us, and then us our fancy ones in a bid to save this world of excess packaging.

Covid19 Update - Auspost - 23.4.20

We are still dispatching orders on time, yet due to the COVID-19 there has been an insane amount of order volumes on the postal and courier networks, as such please allow up to an additional 5 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date as these networks are congested. In saying that our internal reports are showing 80% of order still arriving on time.

For international orders, the delays are a little greater, as flights out of Australia have significantly reduced and depending on the country, quarantine measure increased.

For those that want a little more information as to why the delays... Well... Due to several reasons such as increase volumes and social distancing rules at sorting facilities, as well as a large part of plane network grounded and most freight travelling via road with checkpoints between state borders.

Although we are working like crazy to get orders out, COVID-19 has been a great form of reflection and opportunity to give back, not only to the hospitality industry with support, but to those on the front line in the medical community. Have a look at some of our "Give Back Moments".


Covid19 Update - Customer Service - 26.3.20

Due to unprecedented demand in our products, we will be reducing team members answering our phone lines and live chat to focus on processing existing orders. Our priority now is to ensure that all orders are shipped and will be requiring all efforts from our team in order to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Covid19 Update - Online Store and Stock Availability - 16.3.20

The online store will be open ensuring home deliveries are available to our coffee lovers. Stock availability will be shown on the product page, as well as the shopping cart and checkout pages. If for any reason we need to stop dispatch at our warehouse due to a government-imposed lock-down, our offsite (ie work from home) administration team will contact customers to see if they want to hold or get a refund.

Due to delays with production and restrictions to stock movement, we'll be experiencing stock shortages for certain items, however, stock availability will be shown on the product page, as well as the shopping cart and checkout pages. Your patience is greatly appreciated as there may be delays to home deliveries due to the current circumstances.


Covid19 Update - Showroom & Click and Collect Pickup - 14.5.20

On 14.05.2020 while the showroom remains closed, we have reopened Click and Collect, so now you can come in collect orders from the warehouse counter again.


On 16.03.2020 we decided to close our showroom to further protect the health of our coffee lovers and staff. This was well before any government instructions as health is a core value for us so morally this was a no brainer for us.. Any existing pick-ups will require approval with our customer service team member.

We have to be honest here, we don't think the international freight rates are fair, and we are working on making them economical. After all the world is flat, and coffee lovers are borderless. Want to know a little more about our journey?

A little bit more about us. Coffee Parts was originally started in 1999 by the legendary Domingos Laranjinha in order to be able to rebuild his beloved 1961 Faema e61. In the late 1990's buying parts in Australia was nearly impossible without begging or being in the inner circle of the coffee machine companies. So he contacted family in Italy and got some seals sent over for his Faema e61 and for some machines which his friends owned. Soon he was getting more parts sent over for friends of friends, and that's where it all started.

Then came 2005 and that's where Pedro's official journey started, continuing Domingo's legacy, supplying the products he loved, to the industry he adored!! Combining the love for hospitality with tech has been a dream, and seeing the Australian Coffee scene evolve over the years has been magical.
