Coffee parts returns

It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Coffee Parts. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know and will help make you smile again!


  • Items can only be retuned once approved by a Coffee Parts team member after you follow the proceedure above.
  • Return request must be within 14 days of purchase and returns must be received within 14 days of return request approval with an RMA number.
  • Returns must be new and in their original packaging, as we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.
  • We do not accept returns on machines, electrical parts, books and dvds so please choose wisely.
  • Please notify Coffee Parts within 7 days of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products. We'll then get the ball rolling on our fuss-free returns process for you.
  • The customer is responsible for any delivery charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of the manufacturer or Coffee Parts.


If you are a registered customer, please log into your account, go to 'My Order' and view the relevant order by clicking 'View Order'. Once you are in the order you can then choose 'Return' and follow the prompts. Once we recieve the return notice a member of our team will contact you to assist you.

Once a Coffee Parts team member has approved a return you can visit us in person or send it with the RMA number given.
