This red silicone E61 group head gasket measures 73 mm outside diameter × 57 mm inside diameter × 8 mm thick and provides the seal between the group head and portafilter on selected compatible espresso machines.

Group seals gradually compress and wear through repeated heating and daily use. A worn gasket can cause water to leak around the portafilter during extraction or allow the handle to lock further around than it previously did. Replacing the gasket with the correct size helps restore a secure seal.
