The Mazzer Mini G brings grind-by-weight dosing to the compact Mini platform, giving serious home baristas precise dose control without needing to weigh every grind separately. A professional built-in scale measures to one hundredth of a gram, while Mazzer specifies finished dose accuracy of ±0.1 g under appropriate operating conditions. The grinder automatically adjusts to maintain the selected dose weight as grind settings change, helping streamline dialling in and reduce unnecessary coffee waste.
