Description

Slayer Single Group: Slayer One Group Espresso

Slayer one group is the professional barista's dream machine. It's small enough to sit on a kitchen counter, light enough to carry to a pop-up cafe, and powerful enough to handle the highest demand. In its compact footprint, they have packed everything you love about the original Slayer… plus a few extras.

Slayer was imagined, designed, and built for one purpose: to make coffee better by means of “flavour profiling”. This baby behemoth sports the same commercial group, portafilter, steam valves, and actuators (plus most other components!) as its bigger brothers, but everything else has been compacted into a nimbler footprint. Slayer's advanced temperature management, patented precision needle valve, and simple serviceability are all there. Through a glass touchscreen computer at the cup tray's rear, baristas can manipulate temperatures, pressures, and pre-brew; schedule an automated power-up in the future; initiate a back-flush program; and much more. It's a beautiful and delicate medium for interacting with the machine's most essential functions.

Common questions:

  • Are your machines pre-tested? Yes, our machines are bench-tested by the Australian Importer. This is done to test issues haven't occured on transport from Europe. On high end and technically more complicated machines we bench test and calibrate the machines ourselves to your desired specifications. We can discuss this with you on purchase.
  • What is the warranty on machines? All new machines sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
  • Can the machines be financed? We use both Flexirent and Silverchef for machine finance. Call for more information 1300 129 129

About Slayer

Slayer first launched its high-design, high-concept espresso machines in 2008, and over the last six years, the machines have gone from semi-legendary rare birds to increasingly common fixtures at high-end coffee bars around the world. These technical beasts were some of the first machines to offer controllable pressure during extraction, but they're as noteworthy for their striking bodywork as their technical power. Each machine is hand-built in Seattle.

Coffee Parts Thoughts

Absolutely amazing machine. The Slayer runs head to head with the Kees Van Der Western Speedster and it's hard to choose between the two, as both machines are at the top of their game, both in performance and design. We have them both running side by side at our warehouse so feel free to come in and decide for yourself.
