In tank water treatment pouches Simply place the BWT bestsave pads into the coffee machine water tank for scale free and great tasting water to make your perfect coffee or tea. Bestsave pads are easy to use, protect your machine and are available in convenient sizes/ capacities.

Benefit: Preserves expensive high-tech equipment. The preparation stage works reliably, without disruption, at the required temperature and for the correct quantity of drinks, while the integrated activated carbon binds all unwanted elements in the water.

Benefit: Improved water taste and smell mean perfect drinks every time. And any heavy metal content, such as copper and zinc, which can originate from the water pipes, is also significantly reduced. Everything is wrapped securely in food-safe fleece material, guaranteeing optimum flow through the filter.

Operation and use:

The BWT bestsave limescale protection pad is very easy to use. As soon as you have unpacked it, give it a quick rinse under the tap and place it directly on the bottom of the water tank in your coffee machine. With the tank full, the ion exchanger takes 8–10 hours to remove the calcium from the untreated water. For best results carry out the optimisation over night so that there is sufficient water available for coffee the following day. BWT bestsave pads therefore offer basic, reliable limescale protection for coffee makers, vending and automatic coffee machines.

Change the bestsave limescale protection pad as soon as the maximum number of units (number of tank refills) have been reached. You can work out the potential number of refills quite easily by using the table below. Just match your local limescale content (water hardness) with the size of the water tank used and read off the number of refills – job done. In the interest of hygiene, the bestsave limescale protection pad should not be left in the tank for longer than two months, at which point it should be exchanged for a new one. Simply dispose of your used BWT bestsave limescale protection pads in the waste.

We use Australia Post eParcel as well as various Couriers to dispatch all orders both within Australia and Internationally. If you are in Sydney you will also be able to select from same day 3 hour couriers, or click and collect from our warehouse in Pagewood just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Shipping cost will depend on the size of your order and location, however you can check costs both directly on the product page or at checkout prior to entering any details.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be despatched on the same working day, and both Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8am to 6pm. On most items during checkout you will be able to select between standard and express delivery, however quoted delivery timeframes are indicative only.

Warranty

All our stock is 'Australian Delivered' as such covered by Australian Warranty which in most cases is manufacturer backed. The warranty does not apply to international orders being sent outside Australia, as such any warranty claim would need to be returned back to Australia for assessment.

Easy Returns

Returns are generally allowed within 14 days of purchase for most spare parts, accessories and brew gear, however some exclusions apply.
